Lumberton, Texas: From beginning to end, Steve Pike made this a smooth process. He assisted me in working with my insurance company and the field adjustor. He clearly explained my options. The installation team worked incredible hard every day, arriving by 7:30 am and departing no earlier than 8 pm. They cleaned up as they went and did a thorough clean up before departing. Steve stopped in several times to check their progress and came for a final inspection at the end. I love my GAF Timberline shingles and I would recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows for your roof needs.

M&M Roofing, Siding, & Windows did a great job of replacing the old vinyl siding on my home with new Hardi Siding. Crystal Cantu was my project manager, and she did a great job from start to finish. She was honest, reliable, and communicated really well throughout the project - top notch customer service. They did everything they said they would do with no surprises. Recently, I had M & M Roofing complete a massive home renovation project for me: windows, doors, siding, painting, roof replacement and gutters. I had vetted no less than 14 different contractors, thinking I would have separate companies complete varying parts of the project. After meeting with Mike McCollom at M&M, they quickly became part of my short list. He was accessible, patient and friendly. Also, the pricing was very competitive and the quality of their product line was impressive. Needless to say, I was still nervous regarding each install. But, M&M did not disappoint! Their crews completed EVERY aspect of the project with total professionalism and expediency. We couldn't be happier-- it's almost like we have a completely new home! I would 100% recommend M&M Roofing to finish any window/door/siding/painting/roof or gutter project. Now, I only wish they also did interior renovations. 🙂

No responses. Their rep showed up in first time, and he said he has rush, so he needs to leave, but he told us, he will come back for measurements to give us a quote, never showed up afterwards. After calling them three or four times, they said I have been scheduled, however no one call or come.

M&M replaced our old cedar siding with new insulation and Hardy plank and removed the old french doors replacing with sliding glass wall. they were prompt punctual very polite, kept the work area as clean as possible. M & M Roofing was fabulous. They replaced all of our existing soffits, wood trim, put up new siding, painted and put up new gutters. Crystal came out to look at what I wanted done, and she really listened and came up with a plan for exactly what I wanted done. She was always in contact with me and her crew and her crew was always on time and professional and did a fabulous job. They worked hard, even coming on Sunday. The crew they had to install the gutters were quick and expert at their craft. M & M also had a wind storm inspector come to make sure our house was within code. If you ever need siding or roofing done, this is the company to go with. You won't be disappointed.

I really hoped we would have a good experience with M & M Roofing. I initially liked the general contractor/supervisor who was very responsive when quoting the job. This is the reason we chose them out of our three bids even though their bid was the highest. Unfortunately, there was very little oversight once the job started and we were constantly having to stop the workers as they were making mistakes (some big and some small) which would have to be ripped out if we let them continue. This made the work drag on and on, and it eventually became contentious. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. We eventually asked M & M to leave and had another company come in to finish the job and redo the front door installation which was not plumb (M & M told us the door was defective and this was the reason it was not hanging straight, but when we hired a new door installer we learned there was nothing wrong with the door it just had not been installed correctly). M & M might be fine for roofing, but I would never use them for doors, windows or anything that requires craftsmanship.

My chimney had rotted wood trim and several pieces of damaged siding that needed to be replaced. Crystal Cantu with M&M Roofing Siding & Windows came out in a very timely manner to assess the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote quickly. Crystal was very responsive to all of my inquiries and was very flexible when the work needed to be rescheduled due to the freeze. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that Alfredo and his crew performed. When it comes time to replace the remainder of our siding (and roof) I know exactly who I will be calling first!

Had a leak coming into the garage from the terrace culverts above and M&M did a great job redoing the poor sealing job that the builders left behind. My rep, Juan, was very responsive and informative about the work they provided. The gentlemen that did the job were also very polite and on time. I highly recommend these folks!

M&M replaced and painted new fascia & soffit, installed new gutters and a new roof. M&M replaced our existing fascia & soffit with James Hardie. It was sealed and painted. The painters that came in behind after the Hardie was installed did a wonderful job. They also did an excellent job when the time came to replace our existing roof. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. Throughout the process we were assisted by Mike Moncure. He is very knowledgeable, honest and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The work crews were also professional and finished the jobs very quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and left looking great. Luckily I was referred to M&M roofing from a coworker and glad that I chose them to do all of this work at my home. I highly recommend Mike Moncure and M&M Roofing Siding & Windows.

We had M&M replace our roof and gutters about five years ago along with a complete paint job and minor wood repair and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Recently we had a leak in our master bath so we called out a plumber who determined it was caused by condensation in our dryer vent and he suggested we get a roofer to check it out. I called M&M and Nathan came out to see what he could do to help. Nathan not only got on the roof to run a snake to remove the clog he crawled through the attic to replace a completely clogged joint to restore the air flow. This may not sound like a big deal but this "little" project was a lot more complicated than I can describe. It took two days to complete in a very cramped and hard to get to space. Nathan went above and beyond what was expected and was a real pleasure to work with! Nathan and M&M are by far the most professional and reliable company I have ever done business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and value!

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with Mike Moncure. Mike came out to bid a job on a “damaged gutter” (see pic of so called damage). The bid he gave was to replace the entire gutter system on that side of the home. I called Mike and asked him if the gutter could be repaired as the functionality of the gutter system was not compromised, the damage was merely a minor cosmetic issue. Very rudely, Mike responded to me with using foul language. He advised me in not such nice words, they are not in the business of gutter repair but only replacing gutters. Understandable, which is why I called to see if they offer repair or only replacement. But I was taken back that someone who was looking to do business would carry themselves so unprofessional, and use foul language while my twin 2 year old daughters sat next to me. He ended the conversation being very short and still having a rude tone, then just hung up on me.I can’t speak on the quality of the labor and or finished job this company does, because they will not be given the opportunity. I hope that the company does not condone that type of behavior towards potential customers. If you do consider using this company I would highly recommend using someone other than Mike. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but this experience was unacceptable. Mike, if this gets to you.. know that I prayed for you sir.

Been a Realtor more than 25 years here in Austin.Always been hard recommending a home service company to my clients.Now I can because of the exceptional work of M&M Roofing and Siding.Dan Trevino, Area Manager, gave me a very fair quote for replacement of siding with HardiBoard and sent well qualified technicians to do the repair ( John and his assistant ). I've used M&M roofing for my home twice now in 24 years. They installed my last roof back in 1996 and never had a leak. The new roof was put on in November of 2020 and I expect it to last just as long. They offer professional service at an affordable price and do a great clean up afterwards.

Great - Juan was the project manager, and immediately identified that my roof needed more ventilation (it was an older design with no soffit vents). I'm an engineer, so we researched a bunch of products and came up with a great solution that the crew was experienced with. I also decided to do a partial metal roof over a patio, and that came out great. I got other bids for the same work and M&M came in at least 10% less expensive and did great work. I've found maybe 10 nails in my yard, and it's been 2 months since they did the work.

M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done.

I had a roof top deck on the 3rd floor of my townhouse that leaked for years. I had other contractors out to fix it and they could only do bad patch jobs. I finally decided to go with a real roofing company to fix this problem, so I contact M&M Roofing. They were responsive, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. The redid the entire roof properly and it looked great. A couple weeks later after a big rain, the leak showed up again. I called M&M back and told them about it. Without hesitation, they came back out and spent the day performing water tests to try to identify where the water was coming from. They finally figured it out and sealed it. We have had some pretty big rains since and haven't had any issues. If you want the job done right and to know you will be taken care of - call M&M Roofing.

Once everyone was finally here and the work was completed, it went well, but getting to that point was a complete struggle. Every step of the way I needed to contact my project manager to push her along the process, even getting the quote. I explained my concerns to her, and while she promised to change her communication and assured me it was a one-time thing, the lack of communication continued all the way through the end of the job. We will never use them again.

This is the 2nd time we have used them 1st time was for a couple gutters and the 2nd time they installed 6” gutters in place of our 4” just because of the rain we get. They worked awesome. We will be using them again for siding.

They accidentally hit my copper line that fed the A/C unit and the Condo where they were installing a new roof. I called Michael and he immediately came over to look at it and paid for the damages. M&M Roofing was top notch! I needed some minor repairs to siding and trim on my home following a home inspection while selling our house and Juan Noyola, Project Manager, was great throughout the process. He walked around the house with me spotting the areas the inspector had issues with (though the inspection report was vague) and even pointed out some other areas of trim not noted in the report.Prior to contacting M&M I had a local remodeling company out addressing the repairs, but with only ~50% of the work done the contractor "ghosted" on me and never returned. Alfredo with M&M was very punctual and efficient as he worked. He even fixed some things the other contractor had done poorly. I even discovered the other contractor had left a section of siding off of the back side of the chimney (invisible unless on the roof) and Alfredo/M&M corrected this for me before all the rain came this week. Absolutely recommend if you need siding, roofing, windows etc.!

11 years ago, this company replaced my roof, it had a 10 year limited warranty. With one month remaining on that warranty, I had a few (minor) issues. I called, and within two days, M&M had someone out to quickly address those issues, no problem. With that in mind, I also called them recently when I had siding and window trim that needed replacing. Although I was by now already positively biased towards them, their quote also came in lower than others I received, a bonus. The siding was in a tricky location, nevertheless, the job was excellent, and completed in a timely fashion.Once again, I highly recommend M&M roofing and siding.

Left them a message on Friday. Got a call back on Monday. The technician showed up on Tuesday. Jim, the technician is very polite and professional. He checked the leak inside first; then outside on the roof. After he took care of the problematic area, he also checked the entire roof to ensure no other leak areas. He sent his crew right before the heavy rain, and also followed up with a call afterwards. I am pleased with the service they provided.

My chimney had rotted wood trim and several pieces of damaged siding that needed to be replaced. Crystal Cantu with M&M Roofing Siding & Windows came out in a very timely manner to assess the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote quickly. Crystal was very responsive to all of my inquiries and was very flexible when the work needed to be rescheduled due to the freeze. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that Alfredo and his crew performed. When it comes time to replace the remainder of our siding (and roof) I know exactly who I will be calling first!

Had a leak coming into the garage from the terrace culverts above and M&M did a great job redoing the poor sealing job that the builders left behind. M&M replaced and painted new fascia & soffit, installed new gutters and a new roof. M&M replaced our existing fascia & soffit with James Hardie. It was sealed and painted. The painters that came in behind after the Hardie was installed did a wonderful job. They also did an excellent job when the time came to replace our existing roof. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. Throughout the process we were assisted by Mike Moncure. He is very knowledgeable, honest and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The work crews were also professional and finished the jobs very quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and left looking great. Luckily I was referred to M&M roofing from a coworker and glad that I chose them to do all of this work at my home. I highly recommend Mike Moncure and M&M Roofing Siding & Windows.

We had M&M replace our roof and gutters about five years ago along with a complete paint job and minor wood repair and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Recently we had a leak in our master bath so we called out a plumber who determined it was caused by condensation in our dryer vent and he suggested we get a roofer to check it out. I called M&M and Nathan came out to see what he could do to help. Nathan not only got on the roof to run a snake to remove the clog he crawled through the attic to replace a completely clogged joint to restore the air flow. This may not sound like a big deal but this "little" project was a lot more complicated than I can describe. It took two days to complete in a very cramped and hard to get to space. Nathan went above and beyond what was expected and was a real pleasure to work with! Nathan and M&M are by far the most professional and reliable company I have ever done business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and value!

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with Mike Moncure. Mike came out to bid a job on a “damaged gutter” (see pic of so called damage). The bid he gave was to replace the entire gutter system on that side of the home. I called Mike and asked him if the gutter could be repaired as the functionality of the gutter system was not compromised, the damage was merely a minor cosmetic issue. Very rudely, Mike responded to me with using foul language. He advised me in not such nice words, they are not in the business of gutter repair but only replacing gutters. Understandable, which is why I called to see if they offer repair or only replacement. But I was taken back that someone who was looking to do business would carry themselves so unprofessional, and use foul language while my twin 2 year old daughters sat next to me. He ended the conversation being very short and still having a rude tone, then just hung up on me.I can’t speak on the quality of the labor and or finished job this company does, because they will not be given the opportunity. I hope that the company does not condone that type of behavior towards potential customers. If you do consider using this company I would highly recommend using someone other than Mike. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but this experience was unacceptable. Mike, if this gets to you.. know that I prayed for you sir.

Great - Juan was the project manager, and immediately identified that my roof needed more ventilation (it was an older design with no soffit vents). I'm an engineer, so we researched a bunch of products and came up with a great solution that the crew was experienced with. I also decided to do a partial metal roof over a patio, and that came out great. I got other bids for the same work and M&M came in at least 10% less expensive and did great work. I've found maybe 10 nails in my yard, and it's been 2 months since they did the work.

M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done.

I had a roof top deck on the 3rd floor of my townhouse that leaked for years. I had other contractors out to fix it and they could only do bad patch jobs. I finally decided to go with a real roofing company to fix this problem, so I contact M&M Roofing. They were responsive, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. The redid the entire roof properly and it looked great. A couple weeks later after a big rain, the leak showed up again. I called M&M back and told them about it. Without hesitation, they came back out and spent the day performing water tests to try to identify where the water was coming from. They finally figured it out and sealed it. We have had some pretty big rains since and haven't had any issues. If you want the job done right and to know you will be taken care of - call M&M Roofing.

Once everyone was finally here and the work was completed, it went well, but getting to that point was a complete struggle. Every step of the way I needed to contact my project manager to push her along the process, even getting the quote. I explained my concerns to her, and while she promised to change her communication and assured me it was a one-time thing, the lack of communication continued all the way through the end of the job. We will never use them again.

M&M Roofing was top notch! I needed some minor repairs to siding and trim on my home following a home inspection while selling our house and Juan Noyola, Project Manager, was great throughout the process. He walked around the house with me spotting the areas the inspector had issues with (though the inspection report was vague) and even pointed out some other areas of trim not noted in the report.Prior to contacting M&M I had a local remodeling company out addressing the repairs, but with only ~50% of the work done the contractor "ghosted" on me and never returned. Alfredo with M&M was very punctual and efficient as he worked. He even fixed some things the other contractor had done poorly. I even discovered the other contractor had left a section of siding off of the back side of the chimney (invisible unless on the roof) and Alfredo/M&M corrected this for me before all the rain came this week. Absolutely recommend if you need siding, roofing, windows etc.!

11 years ago, this company replaced my roof, it had a 10 year limited warranty. With one month remaining on that warranty, I had a few (minor) issues. I called, and within two days, M&M had someone out to quickly address those issues, no problem. With that in mind, I also called them recently when I had siding and window trim that needed replacing. Although I was by now already positively biased towards them, their quote also came in lower than others I received, a bonus. The siding was in a tricky location, nevertheless, the job was excellent, and completed in a timely fashion.Once again, I highly recommend M&M roofing and siding.

Left them a message on Friday. Got a call back on Monday. The technician showed up on Tuesday. Jim, the technician is very polite and professional. He checked the leak inside first; then outside on the roof. After he took care of the problematic area, he also checked the entire roof to ensure no other leak areas. He sent his crew right before the heavy rain, and also followed up with a call afterwards. I am pleased with the service they provided.

Here's a quiz to help you decide if M&M is the contractor for you. Do you like:-When your project manager, while collecting final payment, assures you they will never again hire the subcontractor that just 'completed' the work on your house, as if that’s somehow supposed to make you feel better?-When the manager they send out to take care of the many remaining issues with your job seems more concerned with selling you on a roof replacement than he does with addressing those remaining issues?-When that same manager tries to tell you that your original project manager was in over his head and underbid your job, as if that was your problem or any kind of excuse?-When the manager and follow-up workers leave the job still unfinished, promise to be back later that day, and are never heard from again?-When you come home to find a large debris trailer parked in your front yard for the night, with no heads up?-When you come home to find insulation leaking onto your front lawn and into your kitchen because of an unfinished window install?-When your trim is covered in large hammer indents all over the place?-When you have to have large areas of siding replaced because the workers installed it all incorrectly the first time?-When your project manager declares the job complete and wants to get paid, even though you have massive gaps between your shingles and the eave trim, which eventually necessitates a second, more competent crew to come in and complete this aspect of the job?-When this second crew can’t hide the horror in their eyes when they see the quality of the work the previous crew ‘completed’?-When your neighbor lets you know the crew spent over an hour trying to install your expensive new french door backwards, damaging it in the proces?-When the install of this same french door (and all doors on the project) being installed with 2 screws and no shims leading to sagging and operational problems almost immediately?-When you are still kicking up nails and other debris when you mow your lawn a year later?When the slapdash painting job either covers your brand new hinges, or leaves unpainted areas around them?-When the crew removes a door that is being converted to a window at 3 p.m. one afternoon, knocks off at 5, and leaves the unfinished hole in your wall for AC to leak out of in the middle of May, and despite a call to the project manager it doesn’t get addressed until the afternoon of the following day?-When construction adhesive drips out from under your door installs and doesn’t both to get cleaned off of your foundation?-When the crew paints over dust and debris rather than brushing it away first?-When your garage door windows are painted over?-When a section of your fence gets dismantled to facilitate the work but not reinstalled afterwards?-When your project manager thinks the job is complete, and you send him a 50-item tick list?-When the crew gets siding paint on your brickwork and you have to follow up to get it removed?-When you pay an upcharge for having a bathroom window surrounded by tile replaced, and the install involves massacring the tile with an angle grinder followed by a shoddy caulking job?-When all of the work performed just screams rushed, slapdash, and shoddy?-When a 3-week job stretches on for 6 months before you finally just give up?If you can answer yes to a majority of these questions, then M&M just might be the contractor for you!

M&M did a great job on my home. We replaced all of our single pane windowswith double pane and the results look so much better. We have one especially large window that is 8ft wide, and where other companies said they could not accommodate that size window, M&M was able to provide a solution that allowed a large 8ft wide picture window. M&M is awesome! I reached out about a home I was buying that had a leaky roof and some weathered siding. Dan got me a bid, and got me on the schedule. I was able to use his bid in my closing for extra cash at closing and they came out and did the repairs for me right after moving in.M&M replaced some siding, roofing, and rebuilt my chimney for me. The process was as quick and painless as it gets. I will have no hesitation to call Dan anytime I have a project going forward to see if it’s something they can do.I will totally call M&M going forward and would recommend them for others without hesitation.

I hired M&M Roofing for an exterior siding and paint job on a one-story house in Austin. Clay was my point of contact and provided me with three options after assessing the property. Clay and his crew did a great job with the siding repair and paint! The job went two days longer than quoted, but I would rather the work be well done rather than rushed. This was the first time I'd hired someone for siding work; Clay was patient and informative with any questions or concerns I had about the work. I would definitely work with M&M Roofing again.

I hired M&M to fix a bad window installation by a company that offered me their "model home special." For background, half the windows on my back wall were leaking in the first year and many were "sticky" and hard to operate.I spoke to a number of contractors and reviewed their bids before settling on M&M Roofing. Audie stood out from the others by scoping his bid to focus on my needs without compromising the final product. He educated me on how his team would need to fix the problem and how long it would take.Audie was able to squeeze me in earlier than I expected and I am very pleased with the end result. 3 major storms and not a drop of water inside the house and all windows operate smoothly. They were able to correct many flaws that would have caused problems down the road (like inadequate shimming of slider windows, installing z-flashing & flashing tape).The workers left the job site cleaned up and organized at the end of each day, which I appreciated because we have 5 kids playing around the house and yard. They were friendly and my wife felt comfortable having them in the home, which may seem minor but was important to us.One thing that won't impact my rating but could be improved is communication from the workers. We initially arranged our schedules to be home all morning but by 10:30 they hadn't come and we had not heard from them. They finally arrived 15 minutes later. In the end, we adjusted our expectations for their working hours, the project was completed per the original schedule and we are pleased with the quality of work so I still give them 5 stars.

I couldn’t be happier with M & M roofing! After having several quotes from other companies their quote was by far the best! They kept me informed through out the process and performed quickly. My house is a 140 year old restoration with a metal roof and several domes and turets. They treated the home with utmost respect and detail. They also redid the yankee gutters which other companies wouldn’t touch. If I could leave more stars I would. I plan on recommending M & M to all of my clients and friends. Job well done!

After 76 days of waiting for our repairs to be completed, we fired M&M Roofing because of shoddy workmanship, broken promises regarding workers showing up, and lack of supervision.Instead of lining up roof tiles properly to fill in existing gaps, they filled in some of the gaps with mortar. They installed a metal cricket to divert water around the chimney, but left a crease in the metal allowing water to pool instead of leaving the roof. They overlooked or poorly repaired roof vents coming through roof tiles, and they missed repairing flashing that is out of place. I’m not a roofer, but I ended up being the supervisor by having to continuously point out areas of the roof that are supposed to be repaired.Wilson Roofing repaired the tile roof next door to ours while M&M Roofing was attempting to repair ours, and after a few days Wilson Roofing was done. Our neighbor’s roof tiles fit together like a puzzle as they’re supposed to, and I cannot see any gaps that might allow moisture or animals from entering their home. This is what we are still trying to achieve. I was having to travel back & forth from out of town to check on the repair progress, and made the mistake of paying Audie in full after he promised to complete the job that week (day 35 of 76). No one showed up to work. After three promises & three no-shows to finish the job, and learning that some of the completed work was shoddy, I felt I had no option but to fire them.I received a bid from Wilson Roofing to properly complete the repairs, but M&M Roofing is not interested in refunding part of my money to do so. After asking, Audie pointed out additional terms & conditions that I was not given when I signed the contract that allows them the right to “cure” their work that is unacceptable. How can I let them finish the repairs when they obviously don’t have my best interest at heart? Hopefully M&M Roofing will do the right thing and refund a portion of my money to complete the repairs after I publish this review and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I’ll update this review if a positive outcome is achieved.

Cannot in good faith recommend this company. The work that was finally performed after numerous delays was adequate, but the journey to get the project complete was far below expectations. Misinformation, disinformation, outright prevarications from the project supervisor led us to ask management to intervene. It became immediately apparent that they were as complicit as their employee, so we completed the project dealing with the installers instead of with management. Trying to reach management to resolve a post-installation issue has proven to be impossible, despite many messages left. We would urge caution when considering this company.

Not happy with the customer service aspect at all. Always had to call them to get an update on project start date. Given 24 hours notice on delivery of shingles - it's like drop everything for our schedule! Wanted to at first leave piles of shingles on roof for over 3 weeks until they could start. Delivered wrong color shingles and had to argue with them to get the right color. Have no idea about the difference in cost from one type of shingle the estimate was based on versus the one used. Workmen, for the most part, did a good job - had to get after them to make sure all debris was picked up after they were done. STILL waiting on the gutters - told it would be week after roof done...now going on 3 weeks. I've deal with several contractors over the years including roofing ones...I don't recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with M & M Roofing, if your looking for professional, knowledgeable and the best value for your dollar save yourself some time and money and work with M & M Roofing.Below is my experience and justification for my recommendation.With three quotes accepted for performing roof work there price was in line with the top two. What won me over in my decision to move forward with them was two fold. We recently had a siding and roofing repair job completed by M&M in Austin. Audie Brower was the project manager and he was excellent to work with. He gave us a thorough written estimate. Audie was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and gave us several good recommendations, many of which saved us money. We chose M&M over other companies that had lower bids because of Audie's professionalism and the fact that they did not expect ANY payment until the job was completed. They also had a very attractive financing offer. The work was performed exactly as expected and the house looks great with Hardie Siding that will last nearly forever. This sorry excuse fror a company took advantage of my parents that are 75 years old, the bid they gave to do 1 section of there roof after the TPC blast was $6000 and they demanded over $120000 when they were done took less than two days of laying around the yard. Shame on you.

I live in Beaumont and have had a problem with leaking around my chimney and siding which has started falling due to rotting wood and strong winds. I called M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows and Steve Pike promptly came out and gave me a very reasonable bid and time frame. The crew he sent was very good. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. The guys were courteous and addressed concerns I had. They secured their equipment from my dogs and cleaned up afterwards. Even came back, after packing to leave and answered another question. Wood and insulation was replaced, siding was matched, leaking was found and problem was fixed. All work was completed quickly and looks like new. I am very pleased and would recommend M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows, Steve Pike and his crew to anyone who might need work done.

I want to give a shout out to Steve Pike and M&M Roofing Siding & Windows for their great service and install work. We had our roof replaced with GAF Timberline HD Roofing and had 2 Velux Skylights put in to replace the originals for our home in Baytown. The roof and skylights look fantastic, the lighting is better where the skylights are and now that space is substantially cooler than it was before which is great since a thermostat is close to that area. If you are needing any roofing or siding done I highly recommend you call these guys. I know my wife and I will be calling them back up when we go to replace all of our windows.

He was on top of the job, returning calls, keeping me updated on progress, etc. The crew was so great, polite, and I like the attention to detail they had. I was very pleased with the GAF Timberline HD Roofing that M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows installed at my home in Orange. The work was completed quickly and was done very well. Steve Pike gave us an detailed estimate, which is very difficult to get around here, and answered all of my questions completely. We had an issue with a piece of rotting decking. Steve and his crew had the problem assessed and fixed within a few days. M&M's customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this company!

In September 2019, we signed a contract with this company. There was intermittent contact with the company, with the salesperson who sold us the contract quitting in March of 2020. We found out he quit last week. We were told in August they would get to us after some other jobs. We were further ignored until last week, when they showed up again and wanted to give us another estimate - of nearly double the first estimate. I would avoid this company, go with Southwest Exteriors. We initially selected M&M for the lower price, but if we had gone with Southwest, our house would be done by now for less than the second estimate from M&M.

Thanks to M and M for a super job replacing my storm damaged roof.Will Robb came out and spent a long time answering my questions in great detail and returned a detailed estimate promptly.They used quality products and had an excellent install team that worked hard to get the the large steep roof done in 2 days as estimated.They were very careful to clean up materials coming down off the roof continually and did a very thorough job of restoring my yard to its original condition when they were done.I am very happy with the result and would highly recommendWill Robb and M and M . We had our home done by M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows at the end of 2019, completing in 2020. We had the roof, and siding completely replaced and several windows that needed to be replaced. I cannot say enough about their crews. The skill of the construction crew was amazing. We have a two-story home that required a great amount of detail work, they did a beautiful job. I have medical issues and the head carpenter took pictures of the project so I could have an idea of how things looked. That meant a so much to me. The construction team removed all the old siding and hauled it away. Put up all the new siding as well as installed the new windows. We completely reconfigured one of our windows and it is simply beautiful. The carpentry on this was unbelievable, not one cut that needed to be redone. The painter was also good. He came in the house to paint the trim on the reconfigured window. I jokingly told him I’d still be taping the window and he was already done painting. Incredible.We have a very steep pitched roof. The roof also had two old layers that needed to be removed. It was done to perfection. The day after the roof was complete, the eave team was here to install the eaves.Chris with M&M, our project manager, was extremely helpful. . We had plenty of time to make all our choices. He presented the varieties of siding, and shingles, then showed us where to pick our paint colors for siding, trim, and shutters. I changed my mind about the siding color and Chris made it happen. Chris ensured we had everything we wanted. Truly an amazing group. One stop shopping, no worries.

We recently moved to San Antonio and needed repairs done to our home. We researched various companies and found M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows, which has truly been a gem find! Chris Traweek, Central Texas Territory Manager, clearly understood our needs and what we wanted to do, some of which included replacing wood soffit and fascia with Hardie board throughout the whole outside of the house, painting our home, replacing and adding gutters, installing new metal drip edge, fixing shingles, other assorted roof repairs, and adding a chimney cricket. Chris organized a well-laid plan for us and arranged professional teams to seamlessly take care of our needs. With his supervision and constant communication, the teams completed their work efficiently. Each phase brought a new team to take over the next part of the job. It is important to know that Chris and his teams were receptive to questions and suggestions by us, and that communication among us all, and especially Chris was a pleasure. Our home is now fantastic with all the work done by M & M and Chris. Chris from M&M came out to inspect our roof and give us an honest and accurate assessment of the condition and estimates for repairs or replacement. He is VERY knowledgeable and took the time to explain different options. He did not pressure us into getting a new roof immediately, like another company did last year when we bought the house. He also explained that the previous owners did not actually have a new flat roof installed 4 years ago. It is just a painted coating. The painted coating is already starting to peel in multiple places, and will need to be replaced in the future. We will definitely save up some money for this and call M&M back to do the work. Thank you Chris and Doug (owner) for finally helping us to see the truth about our roof, so we can make the right decisions moving forward.

I had a guy named Chance come out to take a look at my roof and give me his thoughts and estimate for work I needed done. He showed up on time and was courteous. Mike from M&M Roofing came to my house to give me a quote to replace a piece of siding that fell due to the storm that recently past. He was extremely knowledgeable and gained my trust by letting me know how the builder put up the siding initially, compared to how the siding should have been put up correctly. We had a window replaced back in '16 after the major hail storm that year. It leaked immediately after that and has leaked every time it rains. The original contractor that replaced the window came out half a dozen times and never really did anything to fix it. They claimed it was the gable vent right above the window. We finally got fed up and decided to hire a "real" professional. Chris Traweek came out and with the right tools and determined that the window was the culprit all along. He told us exactly what the problem was and gave us a quote. I didn't hesitate twice to hire M&M because of their honesty and knowledge. After the repair to the window was done, we've had at least 3 huge storms and the window is bone dry. Finally!!!! Our frustration level is gone. Thanks Chris and M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows!!! I am very pleased with the work Brian and his staff did.The new siding and the new paint looked nice so I asked if they could paint the whole house instead of just painting what they repaired. They came back the next day and started painting the whole house. It extended the time they were working on my house, but Brian and his staff didn't hesitate.It all started with Michael coming out to my house to give me an estimate. He was kind enough to give me three different estimates. I went with the estimate I could afford.Brian and his staff were very courteous, conscientious, and very proud of their work. I called Chris Traweek for an estimate on a roof with old hail damage. He came out, gave me different options and then I was scheduled (around several days of rain).My roof is kind of involved so it took 3 days to complete. The crew was excellent. They were onsite every day by 7:30 and worked almost 12 hours including one day working after dark because of rain that was forecast that night. And I mean they worked! Cleanup at the end was very thorough including dragging a magnet through the grass for roofing nails.I was quoted a price and it was never changed despite having to replace three pieces of decking that were rotted but not found until the shingles were removed. Now that is a solid business!I wish I could do business with more people like this company.

{Chris Traweek came out for an estimate on a window concern and thoroughly explained the issue to me. I was put at ease the matter was not as serious as I thought. He was courteous and professional and I felt his expert opinion was provided to me. He was not in a rush and was very pleasant. I can trust M&M!

{Two contractors and a window man didn't find the cause of a persistent, long standing leak in a large set of windows but Nathan from M&M did with a careful leak test which he then duplicated just to be sure. Getting this problem diagnosed is a great relief and I've found another of a few companies I'd trust completely. {M&M installed two roofs for us, based on hail damage. Matt interceded with our insurance agent when several items were left out and later to make sure their required paperwork was in order. M&M also coordinated with our siding installer and even repaired some cosmetic issues that should have been handled by the siding company. They show up when you call right away, do quality work and honor their charges. I recommend this company highly, especially Matt as project coordinator
